Open the link below, Scan the QR code below to download the JinRuFit™ App (available for iOS & Android). Once installed, open the App and follow the on-screen instructions to sync your Smart Rope via Bluetooth. Track your jumps, calories, and progress in real time.
Do I need to charge the Smart Rope before using it?
Yes. Please charge the rope for about 1 hour before the first use using the provided USB-C cable.
A full charge typically lasts for 20–30 workout sessions depending on usage.
Is the JinRuFit™ App free to use?
Yes. The JinRuFit™ App is completely free and available on both iOS and Android.
You can track jumps, calories, progress, and set fitness goals without any subscription.
Can I use the Smart Rope without the App?
Yes. The LCD screen on the handle displays your jump count, calories, and workout duration even without the App.
When you reconnect later, all data will automatically sync.
How long is shipping and delivery?
We ship directly from our U.S. warehouse.

Who covers return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, JinRuFit™ will cover the return shipping. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes. If you wish to exchange for a different model or color, please contact our support team. We’ll help arrange an exchange once your original item is returned.
